Thăng Cấp Request Guidelines

  • Only the Đoàn Trưởng or Đoàn Phó Nghiên Huấn can prepare and submit this request
  • Requests must be submitted at least five (5) weeks before the requested ceremony date
  • Each passport style photo must be saved with the individual’s first and last name
  • You will receive an email from VEYM Store to pay for the promotion package and select delivery or pick up at store
  • Please provide LD-BTV with two (2) options for date and time
  • All files must be labeled with candidate’s first and last name
